Every morning, our team selects premium ice blocks and cuts them by hand using techniques passed down through generations of Japanese kakigōri artisans. The result is a melt-in-your-mouth foundation so delicate it amplifies every flavor we pour over it.

Our syrups are crafted in small batches using real fruit reductions, natural botanicals, and house-made extracts. No artificial shortcuts. No generic flavorings. Just honest, vibrant taste that makes each visit feel like the first time.
